I proposed to Giang, my girlfriend of 9 years, during @saigonteu ‘s Improv section, earlier this week.
It was a success ☺️☺️🥳🥳🥳
How it happened
We volunteered as a couple for an improv section. This was of course pre-coordinated. The comedians acted out our first date. We can confirm or deny if we did similar actions. But the surprise is, I took over right in the middle of the act to propose to her (you can see this in the first video).
Another thing she didn’t know was going on: Her mom secretly flew here from another city to witness this moment. Giang teared up (you can see this in the 2nd video).
I had to keep secrets for months, with so many close calls. And it ended in complete satisfaction. Didn’t know how happiness can get this intense ☺️☺️🫠🫠🫠
